VH Screen Codec

"VH Screen Codec" (VHScreenCodec) is a DirectShow-based filter which provides lossless video compression, and effective for screen captures. It contains VHScreenEncoder and VHScreenDecoder filters.

VHScreenEncoder is a  source filter with implements IAMVideoCompression interface at output pin, and possibility to setup key-frame rate, and compression rate.
